Cookies and analytics

This site uses HubSpot analytics to understand which articles drive engagement and to attach context to inquiries you send us. When you submit our newsletter or contact form, HubSpot links your prior reading history on this site to your inquiry — this helps us prepare for our first conversation with you. We do not run third-party advertising or retargeting trackers.

What HubSpot collects: pages visited, time on each page, referring website, anonymous browser identifier (cookie). Cookie lifetime is one year.

Your control: The banner on your first visit lets you accept or decline tracking. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the hs-consent entry in your browser's local storage, or by emailing info@craftcre.com. Declining does not affect any site functionality. Browsers configured with "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signals are honored automatically.

Form submissions

Newsletter and contact form submissions are sent directly to HubSpot's secure infrastructure and stored in our CRM. We do not share submitted information with third parties. You may request deletion of your data at any time via the contact above.

Data retention

Inquiry data is retained for up to 36 months unless we have an active engagement. Engagement records are retained per Texas Real Estate Commission requirements (typically 4 years after closing).
